Full-time Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Testing Fresher to join our QA team. The candidate should have a strong passion for software quality and testing processes. This role involves working closely with developers and product teams to identify, document, and report defects to ensure a high-quality product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand software requirements and prepare test cases accordingly.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and usability testing.
- Execute manual test cases and report defects.
- Work closely with developers and business analysts to identify bugs and inconsistencies.
- WEB Applications, Mobile APP and API testing.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Basic knowledge of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
- Familiarity with manual testing techniques.
- Basic understanding of defect tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or any similar tool.
- Knowledge of test case writing and execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
Exposure to API testing tools like Postman.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹250,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
