Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain web and mobile applications for event booking, scheduling, and client management.

  2. Integrate payment gateways, ticketing systems, and CRM tools into the company’s platforms.

  3. Collaborate with event planners to understand requirements and deliver tailored software solutions.

  4. Create interactive dashboards and analytics tools to track event performance.

  5. Ensure software security, data privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations.

  6. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support during live events.

  7. Continuously optimize and update existing systems for better performance and user experience.

  8. Implement automation tools to streamline event coordination tasks.

 

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, PHP, or Java.

  • Experience with web and mobile app development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Flutter).

  • Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

  • Familiarity with API integration (payment gateways, CRM, ticketing systems).

  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles for user-friendly design.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications efficiently.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, especially during live events.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in software development (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).

  • Proven track record of delivering web or mobile applications.

  • Relevant certifications in programming, cloud computing, or UI/UX design are an added advantage.
