Job Description:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and customization.\
  • Expertise in Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud
  • Experience with MuleSoft Any point Platform for integration development.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, workflows, and security configurations.
  • Familiarity with Einstein AI features like Einstein Bots, predictive analytics, and recommendations.
  • Experience in implementing contact center solutions using Salesforce.
  • Experience in Marketing Cloud configuration.
