Full-time Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our Quality Department. As a Quality Engineer Fresher, you will receive hands-on training in transformer quality checks and routine testing procedures. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in core engineering and gain valuable experience in the electrical manufacturing industry.
Role & responsibilities
- Assist in visual and dimensional inspection of raw materials and components.
- Learn to conduct basic routine electrical tests (Winding Resistance, IR, Ratio Test, etc.).
- Support quality checks during core assembly, coil winding, tanking, and final assembly.
- Help maintain quality documents, inspection records, and reports.
- Learn about IS/IEC standards relevant to transformer testing and quality control.
- Participate in internal audits, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
- Coordinate with senior engineers on quality issues and corrective actions
Key Skills:
Basic knowledge of transformers and electrical fundamentals.
- Keen interest in QA/QC processes and manufacturing systems.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
