A Junior Data Analyst supports data-driven decision-making by collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data. They work closely with business teams to uncover trends and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and clean data from various sources.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA).
- Create dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Assist in designing and maintaining databases and data systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Understanding of statistics and data interpretation.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Internship or academic project experience in data analysis is a plus.
