Creative & Content Marketing Executive

Role Overview
Were looking for a Creative Content Specialist who can craft compelling content, design engaging visuals, and drive brand engagement with small and medium businesses (SMBs) across social media, email, and partnerships.

You’ll work closely with the marketing and retention teams to shape how Printo communicates with and retains its core customers.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms
  • Design creatives using Canva, Photoshop or other tools — including static posts, reels and videos
  • Write copy for posts, campaigns and customer-facing materials
  • Document and share customer success stories, testimonials and case studies

Thought Leadership & B2B Engagement

  • Participate in and engage with B2B communities (e.g., NASSCOM, TiE, LinkedIn groups)
  • Create long-form content such as blogs, whitepapers, and LinkedIn articles to position Printo as an SMB thought leader

Brand Partnerships & Retail Assets

  • Collaborate with partner brands to create co-branded campaigns and content
  • Develop in-store and offline marketing assets (flyers, event materials, posters, etc.)
  • Support on-ground activations and seasonal campaigns

Retention & Customer Engagement

  • Work with the Retention Manager to design WhatsApp and email content for ongoing customer engagement
  • Create informative and value-added content such as FAQs, product use-cases, and how-to guides

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in content marketing, social media or brand storytelling
  • Strong copywriting and creative skills, especially for B2B and SMB audiences
  • Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop (or equivalent tools), and basic video editing software
  • Experience with LinkedIn marketing, community engagement and outreach
  • Ability to track content performance and optimize based on data insights
