Key Responsibilities:
- Support HRBPs in day-to-day activities and employee lifecycle processes
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and feedback tracking
- Maintain and update HR reports, dashboards, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for queries, follow-ups, and scheduling
- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and policy adherence
